Organisational Structure

 

Tepee is a registered charity which has a voluntary management committee called the Executive Committee, made up of Trustees (and non voting members, who offer guidance).

Other Trustees - Theo Tanser, Matthew Byrne and Adele Rennells.

Non voting members of the Executive committee:

• Mandy Bowden - ABC Childrens Centre
• Sue Wroe - Chief Executive of Teignbridge CVS

Trustees and officers are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Membership:

Membership of the Network is open to all groups and individuals interested in the development of children's play.

Member groups and individual members will be entitled to participate in the business of the Network as follows:

Individuals and nominated representatives (not exceeding 2) of member groups may attend Network meetings (these meetings are intended to further the Aims of the Network but have no function in the governance of the organisation).

Individuals and nominated representatives (not exceeding 2) of member groups may vote at all general meetings including the AGM.

To join Tepee an annual membership is paid.

Pool of casual workers:
Tepee calls on a pool of playworkers and workshop leaders to deliver the services for children that Tepee manages. These people are either employed on casual or fixed term contracts or are engaged on a self employed basis.
